Gas detectors

Stationary detectors and transmitters for combustible and toxic gases are available in different configurations.

common-combustible-gases

Mainly it’s necessary only to detect gas, to warn with LED or buzzer alarm. For solutions where it’s necessary to know concentration of gas, we offer 2x 4-20mA, 0-10V, RS485 output signals.

Manufacturer EVIKON MCI offer detectors for different type of gases. Mainly used transmitters:

E2608

E2608

Detector E2608 is a member of new PluraSens® family of multifunctional measurement instruments.Applications include refrigeration facilities and animal agriculture (cattle, pig and poultry livestock houses).

Two relays with closing contact may be used for remote signalling or ventilation control. The instrument utilises novel fully calibrated and temperature compensated metal-oxide gas sensor with excellent repeatability, stability and long lifetime.

Two analog outputs and RS485 digital interface with industry standard Modbus RTU protocol can be used to connect the detector to safety or building automation systems.

E2610

E2610

Detector E2610 is a member of new PluraSens® family of multifunctional measurement instruments which is intended for detection of gas emissions in agriculture and refrigeration industries.

Two relays with switch-over contact may be used for remote signalling or ventilation control. Also the flashing LED and an internal buzzer gives alarms at two set-points.

The instrument utilises novel fully calibrated and temperature compensated metal-oxide gas sensor with excellent repeatability, stability and long lifetime.

E2611

E2611

Detector E2611 is a member of new PluraSens® family of multifunctional measurement instruments which is intended for detection of gas emissions in agriculture and refrigeration industries. Two relays with switch-over contact may be used for remote signalling or ventilation control. Also the internal buzzer gives sound alarms at two set-points.

E2618

E2618

Transmitter E2618 is a member of new PluraSens® family of multifunctional measurement instruments. Applications include refrigeration facilities and animal agriculture (cattle, pig and poultry livestock houses).

The instrument utilises novel fully calibrated and temperature compensated metal-oxide gas sensor with excellent repeatability, stability and long lifetime. Analog output and RS485 digital interface with industry standard Modbus RTU protocol can be used to connect the transmitter to safety or building automation systems.

Configurations possible for every toxic or combustible gas, today is being used for:

Ammonia (NH3), Acetylene(C2H2), butane(C4H10), carbon dioxide(CO2), carbon monoxide(CO), chlorine(CL2), ethanol(C2H5OH), ethylene(C2H4), halocarbons (CFC), hydrogen(H2), hydrogen sulfide(H2S), methane(CH4), nitrogen dioxide(NO2), oxygen(O2), ozone(O3), propane(C3H8), sulfur dioxide(SO2), volatile organic compund(VOC).

Detector with electrochemical sensor should be calibrated 1-2 times per year, but metal-oxide sensors 1 time per 2 years. Will Sensors offers calibration aswell.
